Disappointed in the quality of the [PERSON_NAME] boats Crestline decided that they were more interested in profit instead of quality in their [PERSON_NAME] boat and so I was going to buy a boat the the closest dealer to me is 3 hours away will I call him on the phone to ask a question about one particular boat they have to call Crestliner and they never get back to me at this point Crestliner sucks
User's recommendation: Crossfire only cares about their big boats as far as the little boats go they're only interested in money

Verified Reviewer |Question about live well in *** 1850
Hello, first of all, I am not a pissed customer. I recently purchased a 2022 fishhawk and I have a question about the live well.
There are several attachments in the live well that I do not understand, and would appreciate speaking with someone in the tech department that can explain it to me. Thank you very much, *** ***.

Verified ReviewerTransom
- - Crestliner transom is breaking and cracking.
- - Transom saver used, but damage persists.
- - Customer asks what can be done or if replacement is needed.
Hello
I have a Crestliner boat, and the transom is breaking and cracking really badly!
It has always had a transom saver on it when on the road and during storage.
I'm wondering what you guys can do about that or if we are screwed and have to buy a whole new boat?
I think it's kinda stupid how your guys' transom is breaking off to the point that the motor is going to come off on the lake. You spend all that money on a boat, and the transom starts to fail!

Verified ReviewerTerrible dealer
- - Bought a 2023 Fishhawk for 50,000.
- - Stickers peeled after a year; new ones were wavy; they told me to go elsewhere.
Bought a 2023 Fishhawk, paid 50,000 for it. Stickers peeled the next year.
Schroeders put new stickers on that were wavy. They said they couldn't make me happy, so they gave me new stickers and told me to go somewhere else and accused me of picking at the stickers.
Preferred solution: A different dealer to take care of it
User's recommendation: Do not buy from Schroeder Maine

- - The Ridge Runner (2020) has a lifetime warranty.
- - Repair is in Minnesota after transport from Little Rock, AR.
Still have the boat unfixed
I bought a brand new 2020 17ft Ridge Runner and have been trying to get help. I have a lifetime warranty on this and they told me to bring it from Little Rock, Arkansas, to be repaired in Minnesota.
It arrived in March and it's still not fixed.
I keep getting put off with promises of a callback. I'm not the only one who has an issue like this.
- I liked the product
- Maybe if we can get enough people to come together we can get some answers
Preferred solution: Repair or refund

Verified Reviewer |Wrong part
- - Water reached the dash, oxidizing cables; dealer rewired, $2,273; windshield middle replaced incorrectly, inch short, water on dash; FR callback requested.
The solution was in the hands of the Dealer and I did get an answer and a solution to my problem.
I informed my dealer that water was reaching the dash of the boat, and this had caused oxidation of the cables located under the steering. Last fall, the dealer rebuilt the cabling, and I had to pay $2,273.
I recently discovered that the middle part of my windshield has been changed and it's not the correct one. It is missing one inch to close properly.
That's why water was coming onto the dash. I reported this situation to the Sales Manager from whom I purchased the boat. I have not received any feedback. He told me he would contact you, but I doubt his word.
He never returns calls.
As I reside in Quebec, Canada, I would like someone who speaks French to call me back for a follow-up on this situation. I love my boat and hope this situation will be resolved quickly.
Thanks,
Michel

Year comparison
- - Owner with a 2016 Crestliner 1650 WT Fish Hawk found an on-hand 2011 enclosure and asks Crestliner if the fit depends on windshield/beam design.
Greeting. I owned a 2016 WT 1650 Fish Hawk.
I have been trying to obtain an boat enclosure. There are several top/cover/bimini/encloser companies out there but none remotely close to me. Each of the companies have said i need to deliver my boat and one will be made since its not a stock item. I have found a supplier who does have several boat enclosers on hand specifically made for the 2011 Crestliner 1650 WT Fish Hawks.
My question for Cresliner is, are the 2011 and 2016 WT 1650 Fish Hawks similar in windshields, beam design, and windshield dimensions?
I fully understanstand that the floor designs i.e.
storage, live wells, rod storage, etc will be totally different. Im trying to figure out if the encloser will remotely fit.
Thank you in advance for your assistance in the matter.

Verified Reviewer |Boat hull program
- - Brand-new 2020 Ridge 17ft hull cracks, boat leaks.
- - Dealers refused warranty; Rapid Marine MN offered a fix and suggested an insurance claim.
I brought a brand new 2020 17ft ridge and it started taking on water found cracks in the hull I called Crestliner and they had me call 4or5 dealers and no one would do the warranty work because they said they were no longer Crestliner dealers as soon as they sold their inventory and then they asked me to bring it to Minnesota with me got it to Minnesota took it to rapid marine and they said they deal with Crestliner all the time and they would come up with a way knot to fix it so if I wanted it fixed I should call and make a claim with my insurance company I said I wouldn't do that because it wouldn't be right. Boat still knot fix heading back to Arkansas October 1 hope to get it fixed before then you would think you spend 20.000.00 you would get better treatment then this thanks for the consern.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
User's recommendation: Ask about the thickness of the metal that's used on the hull.
Transom not warranties for lifetime as advised during original purchase
- - The transom was failing; only a 10-year warranty covers the most important part.
- - Took it to a dealer after 10 years; original part no longer exists.
The transom was letting go what is now advised ONLY a 10 yr warranty on the most important part of any boat...after the boat surpassed 10 yrs...took to a dealer...as my original no longer exists...only to be told after 5 days the same exact thing...more wasted time...
User's recommendation: Do not buy this brand

Verified ReviewerTo find out what's going on with my boat!
- - Boat held about 5 months due to a listing problem.
- - No information or answers from factory or dealership; payments continue.
I have heard absolutely nothing from the company And every time I try to get hold of them. I am told to contact the dealer.
And the dealer told me not to contact the company anymore but to call them and what I do, I get no answers whatsoever!! I think it's a bunch of BS that I am paying for something that I can't even use.
And haven't been able to use since last august!! And then all I get is a run around!!!
I have not been able to get any answers. I have no idea when the boat is gonna be Return to me or if It will even be fixed right until I get to try it Is next spring, And all the while I have to still pay for the payments for something. I can't even use! This whole experience has been a total nightmare.
And I find it to be totally ridiculous that anyone should be pretty good. That way for a brand new boat!
Is the way I feel right now, I will never recommend this company to anyone and I will never buy From this company again!! At least they could do, It keep me updated on what's going on!!
User's recommendation: At this point, Never again!!!
Failure of dealer to perform Recall
- - Called dealer 3x for a life-threatening boat recall; no appointment or callback.
- - They can't do the service for about 3 months and didn't call back.
I called the dealer 3 times to try to get a potential life threatening recall done on my boat, but never got a service appointment or call back. I wanted to wait while service was done ( they said the procedure takes about an hour).
For me to get to Highway Marine would take a little over an hour. They told me they couldn't do the service for about 3 months.
Highway Marine never got back to me, after calling 3 timesAvoid. So I was not able to use my boat.
User's recommendation: Avoid unreliable dealers. You have been warned.
